Salt & Pepper + Paprika — Chicken Thighs

Using bone in thighs with the skin, sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and smoky paprika. Cook in a frying pan with a little oil for 8 minutes on each side. We threw in few small and quartered  Yukon Gold potatoes to cook along with the chicken. Then put the oven proof skillet into a 400º oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove, allow to cool… serve.
