Roasted Apples with Blue Cheese

This is an old-school dessert that’s worth resurrecting.

It’s made with roasted apples, blue cheese, cinnamon, butter, and honey, and then served with some cream.

INSTRUCTIONS

Core the apples, slice short sticks of Blue Cheese and put in the center, add honey, cinnamon and butter. The cheese will melt into a buttery slightly sweet sauce, flavored by the cinnamon and honey. 

(The honey will transform into bits of caramel.)

Once the cream is poured over the apple, more honey sould be drizzled on top.
