The “ART DECO” District in Area of North Beach Miami is one of the most unique architectural districts in the entire United States. Preserved now, but in disrepair for many years, these pastel and sherbert colored, highly ornamental buildings made a comeback in the 1980s and now make up some of the most beautiful and valuable real estate in the Miami metropolitan area, because of the tourist who flock to this district every day!
