Spend one evening at Pencione Bencista and you will wish it could have been longer. The views are breathtaking and the rooms full of antiques. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The evening meal was delicious, they actually ring a bell to tell you dinner is served! Plus taking the number 7 bus back and forth to Florence was easy (they sell bus tickets at the hotel). Enjoy your visit to Florence from the timeless overlook of Pencione Bencista, on the mountainside in Fiesole. Someone was playing the piano when we checked in, it all reminded us of Room With A View! This Italian Pencione is Highly recommend!
