How to START BEING HAPPY!

we must find a way to change the conversation within our head.

Nobody is perfect, no one is actually their ideal self, get real!

Our imperfections are some of the things that define us, and (if not illegal, or self-distructive) the reasons others like us.

We must make a deal with ourselves, a contract that we will not re-negotiate daily, but stick to our planned goals!

THE CONTRACT is… MAKE SPACE IN YOUR DEEPEST THOUGHTS, especially regarding the things we wish we did better–MAKE ROOM for being HAPPY about where you are in this life RIGHT NOW!

YOU HAVE HEARD OF MIND-SET, THAT IS MIND-SET!

FROM TODAY FORWARD go from positive to even more posiitive thouthts and actions.

IT IS YOU NEW DAILY ROUTEEN.

This daily positive journey will result in a week of positive thoughts, actions, and results, then a month of them, then a quarter, six months, 3/4 of a year and finally a year. That year will turn into five, and five into the rest of your life.

Never again will you wallow in depressing thoughts – it does no good. MAKE ROOM FOR THE POSITIVE, EMBRACE IT WITH SELF-LOVE!

YOUR GOAL FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IS TO THINK AND DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY.

(Yes, you have permission from the universe, to be happy for the rest of your life. Take that golden ticket and enjoy the ride!)
