FOODS – Almost Impossible to Over-Eat (Just Our Opinion)

What to eat and what not to eat, is the dilemma many who count calories deal with constasntly, because eventually we must eat something in order to stay alive. 

OF COURSE, nutrition must be at the heart of all conscientious food and calorie consumption, so please consult your primary care physician for his advice. on this list, for your individual health needs.

We felt a list of foods with the least likelihood to be over-eaten, because of their bulk, one simply becomes very full quickly, or because of the food’s low calorie count, even a binge (on say raw cucumbers) will not be the end of the world, in regards to a calorie count.

Boiled Shrimp has a resistence to your bite and is a low calorie treat.

We have organize our unscientific list of foods, as described above, grouped by their textures, you might consider BEFORE  you reach for that tub of mint chocolate chip ice cream or the bag of potato chips!

CHRUNCY FOODS:

Celery, Cucumber, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Radishes, Lettuce.

WARM & FILLING FOODS:

Oats, Lentils, Baked Beans, Boiled or Baked Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, Mushrooms, Sweet Potatoes.

SOFT & CREAMY FOODS:

Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Egg Whites, Tofu, Cauliflower & Cauliflower Mash.

CHEWEY FOODS:

Chicken Breast.Meat, Turkey Breast Meat, Boiled Shrimp / Prawns, Baked White Flaky Fish, Edamame, (Tenderloin, Eye of Round, Sirloin, and Extra Lean Ground Beef) the Leanest Cuts.
