Anyone who loves life, loves summer!
Summer is High Season for Vacations when most individuals and families find the time and resources to pursue the recreations of their choice. Like visiting big cities in search of culture, the arts, and food… or… natural surroundings in search of relaxation near water, beaches, forests, or scenic mountains. As the publisher of an arts magazine, almost all of my family’s vacations have included a visit to as art venue of some sort, even when, in the end, the destination was a relaxing natural beach or alpine setting.
The ultimate point of a vacation is to create an interruption of the status quo — to make life long memories because of that disruption, and to bring about a rejuvenation to all of our lives. It is really a productivity tool, to better enjoy life more, to deal with the daily life problems with a better attitude, and to refresh our desire to do our work and pay our bills.
Summer is here and our warming sun is the star of this show. Please find the time to vacation… or staycation, or disrupt your day-in/day-out routine in someway, so you can recharge your batteries, too.
