Ground Turkey Tostada

Tacos and Tostadas quickly became a home cook’s favorite “fast and simple Covid meal”!

In this ground turkey tostada, we cooked the meat in taco seasoning, and after the meat was browned we added salsa and diced onion into the pan, cooking the mixture until the liquid from the salsa was cooked off. The Tostada was built using a toasted-flour-tortilla. Pilling on the meat sauce, chopped Romaine lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream to top it off.

Eat it with a knife and fork, if you wish, or balance this full platter of goodness on your fingertips as you eat.
